World Class Customer Care 

At best navigating the new healthcare system can seem like an endless maze filled with twists and turns. Beyond this, filing the the online application presents a unique set of challenges. With every conversation with AdvoCare Insurance Services I gained greater confidence. Always, professional, thorough, patient and prompt with answers even against deadlines was certainly appreciated. Without reservation, I am confident in knowing that I have healthcare experts to consult with that make customer service a priority.

Brian at Advocare was SO helpful!

My husband and I are repeat customers of Advocare. Brian had helped us with a policy several years ago but with the changes in health care, the policy became obsolete. We were transferred to a policy that was far from what our previous plan was and Brian became our champion. He was on the phone with the provider, doctors office and with us! He helped us find a new policy that was a much better fit and within our budget. It was extremely helpful to have him in our corner. This kind of service is just what Brian is about. In the world of health care confusion we continue to be thankful for his expertise and assistance!

I will be going on Medicare in a few months and needed a Supplement Plan and Part D Rx Plan.  I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start.  I contacted AdvoCare Insurance. My broker, Brian Schroeder, was very patient, explained everything very clearly, and guided and directed me.  I, of course, had to make the final decision, but he was there to support me. He made me feel very comfortable with my decision.  After everything was done, he called to follow up to make sure I received my cards, etc.  I would highly recommend AdvoCare to help with your insurance needs.

Dear Brian,

I was referred to you by my dear friends, Denny and Sue, who also have the Anthem Freedom Blue Plan 1 for medicare. I am a disabled female veteran that was injured in the line of duty while in the Air Force during the first Gulf War.

Unfortunately, I was not given the correct surgery by the military surgeons. As result I did not fully recover and was not as productive as I should have been for my age. After my last injury in 1989, I became fully disabled. Since then, I have tried numerous times to get someone to help me with my right leg. I wanted to get my health back in order. I was finally given that chance with Freedom Blue. The Blue Cross surgeon was excellent and the surgery went well.

Brian, I cannot thank you enough, for helping me, and for taking a chance with me, and being so patient, and explaining all of the options. I am finally on the road to full recovery, and I owe you alot.

 Thanks for being such a caring person.

Mr Schroeder, My husband and I would like to thank you very much for your excellent services. Before signing up with Anthem Freedom Blue, we were approached by numerous health agencies and really confused which agency to get. We were so lucky to have met you when we did. We made the perfect choice. You have been incredibly wonderful in handling our health iInsurance needs. You were so professional and most of all caring and patient with us.
